DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Lincoln Dobbs Ferry, Respondent, v Lizabeta Lekutonaj and John Kalaj with minor children, Appellants.

Motion by appellant to enlarge the time to perfect on an appeal from a judgment of the Justice Court of the Dobbs Ferry, Westchester County, entered September 17, 2020.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that appellant perfect the appeal on or before February 28, 2022; and it is further

ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected by February 28, 2022, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or respondent may move, on three days' notice to dismiss the appeal, and may serve such application upon appellant in person.

The court will not entertain any further application to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
