By order dated April 23,
2021, appellant was granted poor person status and assignment of counsel. By letter dated November 22, 2021, counsel requested
to be relieved of the assignment due to appellant's failure to communicate. By decision and order dated December 7, 2021, counsel
was relieved of the assignment. Thereafter, by letter dated December 10, 2021, appellant was directed to perfect the appeal by
January 7, 2022. Appellant failed to perfect the appeal or seek a further extension of time to do so.
Now, therefore, upon
the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed.
