Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, both dated July 20, 2021, an order of the same court dated July 22, 2021, and an interlocutory judgment of the same court dated July 22, 2021. Motion by the appellant to consolidate the appeals from the order dated July 20, 2021, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2021-05422, the interlocutory judgment dated July 22, 2021, and the order dated July 22, 2021, and to extend the time to perfect those appeals. Cross motion by the respondent to consolidate all four appeals. Cross motion by the attorney for the children, in effect, to hold the appeals in abeyance. Application by the appellant to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated July 20, 2020, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2021-05255.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, the cross motions, and the application, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion, the cross motion by the respondent, and the application are granted, all four appeals are consolidated, and on or before February 18, 2022, the appellant shall serve and file the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief raising points of arguments concerning all four appeals, via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the record or appendix and the appellant's brief and upload digital copies of the record or appendix and the appellant's brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion by the attorney for the children is denied.
