Appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 27, 2019, December 19, 2019, October 13, 2020, and August 30, 2021, respectively. Motion by Glenson Rowe, in effect, to calendar all of the appeals together. Separate motion by Volmar Construction, Inc., for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal from the order dated December 19, 2019.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion by Glenson Rowe and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion by Volmar Construction, Inc., and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion by Glenson Rowe is granted to the extent that the appeals from the orders dated June 27, 2019, December 19, 2019, October 13, 2020, shall be calendared together and shall be argued or submitted on the same date, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion by Volmar Construction, Inc., is denied.
