Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated November 30, 2020, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2021-00039, and appeal and cross appeal from an order of the same court, dated November 30, 2020, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2021-00187, which were deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by Rebecca Geffner pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of the appeals and to extend the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the dismissal of the appeals pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a) is vacated, and the time to perfect the appeals is extended until February 28, 2022.
