Plaintiffs-respondents-appellants having moved for an extension of time to perfect the cross appeal, and for an extension of time to file a respondent's brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Erie County, entered October 19, 2020, and having further moved for permission to file a supplemental record in the cross appeal, and defendants-appellants-respondents having cross moved to dismiss the cross appeal, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that plaintiffs' motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the cross appeal and to file a certified amended record is denied, and

It is further ORDERED that plaintiffs' motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file a respondent's brief is granted and the time is extended to January 28, 2022, and

It is further ORDERED that the cross-motion insofar as it seeks to dismiss the cross appeal is dismissed as unnecessary, and

It is further ORDERED that the cross motion is in all other respects denied.
