Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 30, 2019, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated June 2, 2021. Motion by the respondents Enrico Ascher, Anik Hingorani, Total Vascular Care, PLLC, and Vascular Institute of New York for leave to reargue the appeal. Separate motion by the respondent Lutheran Medical Center for leave to reargue the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion by respondents Enrico Ascher, Anik Hingorani, Total Vascular Care, PLLC, and Vascular Institute of New York and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion by Lutheran Medical Center and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied, with $100 costs payable by the respondents Enrico Ascher, Anik Hingorani, Total Vascular Care, PLLC, and Vascular Institute of New York to the appellant.
