Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 25, 2019, a judgment of the same court entered December 20, 2019, and an amended judgment of the same court entered December 23, 2019. Motion by Lawsuit Reform Alliance of New York, New York Insurance Association, American Property Casualty Insurance Association, National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies, Trucking Association of New York, American Trucking Association, Turner Construction Company, Skanska USA Building Inc, Tishman Construction Corporation, Gilbane Building Company, Associated General Contractors of New York State, and Defense Association of New York, Inc., inter alia, for leave to reargue their prior motions for leave to file amicus curiae briefs, which were determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 27, 2021.
