Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 17, 2018, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated August 19, 2020. Motion by the appellant, in effect, for clarification of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 7, 2021, which denied a motion by the appellant for leave to renew the decision and order dated August 19, 2020.
