Appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated October 25, 2018, February 26, 2019, and December 17, 2019, respectively. Motion by Linda M. Coronato, temporary administrator of the estate of Bernard Morcheles, in effect, to be substituted for the deceased appellant, Bernard Morcheles, and to amend the captions accordingly.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, Linda M. Coronato, temporary administrator of the estate of Bernard Morcheles, is substituted for the deceased appellant, Bernard Morcheles, and the captions are amended accordingly.
