Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, dated March 4, 2021, and October 26, 2021, respectively, which were transferred to this Court by orders of the Appellate Division, First Judicial Department, dated November 18, 2021. Motions by Dorsey & Whitney, LLP, and Nathaniel H. Akerman for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals and to calendar the appeals together.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are for a preference are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to calendar the appeals together are granted, and the appeals will be argued or submitted on the same date.
