Appeals by David T. from two orders of the Family Court, Richmond County, both dated January 28, 2022. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Richard D. Katz, dated February 8, 2022, it is

ORDERED that the nonparty-respondent is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeals, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeals:
