Motion by respondent to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered March 19, 2021.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss is denied with leave to renew in the event appellant fails to file an amended record on appeal complying with CPLR 5526 on or before March 9, 2022. The appellant shall file an amended record on appeal by filing an original and four copies of the amended record, and by filing a digital copy with the court.
