MOTION |
By order dated December 11, 2020,
appellant was granted poor person status and assignment of counsel. By letter
dated December 9, 2021, counsel requested to be relieved of the assignment due
to appellant's failure to communicate. By decision and order dated December 30,
2021, counsel was relieved of the assignment. Thereafter, by letter dated January
5, 2022, appellant was directed to perfect the appeal by January 31, 2022.
Appellant failed to perfect the appeal or seek a further extension of time to do
so.
Now, therefore, upon the Court's own motion, it
is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed.
