Motion by respondents Hanah Country Inn Management Corporation, Yu Nagasaka and Debra Storms for leave to file supplemental brief and for rescheduling of oral argument.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for rescheduling of oral argument is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeal is removed from the March 2022 term of this Court and is set down for the May 2022 term of this Court, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for leave to file a supplemental brief is granted, without costs, and a supplemental brief in accordance with 22 NYCRR 1250.8 (f) (2) shall be filed on or before March 21, 2022. The reply brief, if any, shall be filed on or before April 4, 2022.
