Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated August 16, 2021, a judgment of the same court dated August 19, 2021, and a judgment of the same court dated August 20, 2021. Motion by the appellant to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
