DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 11, 2019. Motion by the appellant, in effect, to hold the appeal in abeyance and to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action until a certain stay, as set forth in an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 12, 2021, issued in a proceeding entitled Matter of Global Liberty Insurance Company of New York, under Index No. 617717/2021, expires or, if that stay is extended, any extension of that stay expires.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is held in abeyance and all proceedings in the above-entitled action are stayed until the stay set forth in the order dated October 12, 2021, expires, or, if that stay is extended, any extension of that stay expires; the parties shall advise this Court, in writing, expeditiously if the stay set forth in the order is extended, and, if extended, the new expiration date of the stay.
