Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 29, 2020. Motion by the respondents to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before March 1, 2022, the respondents shall serve the brief pursuant to CPLR 2103 (b)(1), (3), or (6), email a digital copy of the respondents' brief to the appellant's counsel, and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, on or before March 7, 2022, the appellant shall serve a reply brief, if any, pursuant to CPLR 2103 (b)(1), (3), or (6), email a digital copy of the reply brief to the respondents' counsel, and upload a digital copy of the reply brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
