Appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated January 24, 2022. Motion by the respondents, inter alia, in effect, for leave to renew and reargue their opposition to the appellants' prior motion, in effect, to stay enforcement of the order and judgment pending determination of the appeal, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 31, 2022, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion dated January 31, 2022.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
