This page provides the Bar
with access to the daily calendars of the court’s centralized motion submission
operation, the Motion Support Office Courtroom (Room 130). Each day in the
Courtroom, the following calendars are called: two Initial Motion Calendars for
motions accompanied by Request for Judicial Intervention (one for Commercial
Division cases and one for the rest of the court) and two calendars for motions
in previously-assigned cases (again, one for the Commercial Division and one
general). Also shown below are a calendar for motions for which an adjournment
was sought but without submission of the required stipulation or
affirmation/affidavit, for the presentation of which the court allots an extra
three days (the 3 Day Adjourned Submission Calendar) and a calendar for cases
in which the parties have stipulated that all future papers are to be submitted
on a date certain without opportunity for an adjournment (the All Papers By
List Calendar). Markings by the clerks of the Motion Support Office Courtroom
are shown by hand in or adjacent to the space on these calendars denominated
"CLMK" (for Calendar Marking). Just below the calendar is a key explaining each
