John S. Balzano

• Twenty-six years of general law practice and six years as City Court Judge and Acting Family Court Judge make me uniquely qualified to serve as Supreme Court Justice. I am currently the Supervising Judge for city courts in the 5th Judicial District. Since helping create the Utica Drug Treatment Court, I have been its presiding judge. As I have as City Court Judge, I will continue to be punctual, efficient, respectful, compassionate, and even-tempered. If you elect me Supreme Court Justice, I commit myself to continue to be fair and impartial to all who appear before me.
