• I have been fortunate during my twenty five years as a lawyer to have a varied experience. After serving as a prosecutor in the Albany County District Attorney's Office, I served nine years as principal clerk to former Appellate Division Justice Leonard A. Weiss. I have practiced law with my twin brother Peter since 1989 and in 1995 was appointed Albany County Attorney. I believe this experience qualifies me for the important office of Supreme Court Justice. If elected, I will endeavor to diligently and fairly serve to the best of my ability.
