- My qualifications, as shown in my statement regarding professional experience, demonstrate my public service as an Administrative Judge, an Arbitrator, as a Court Attorney for a New York State Judge and as an Assistant District Attorney. I am qualified professionally to accept this position of responsibility and I have hands-on experience working in the courts and criminal justice system such that I can fulfill the office of judge with competence and service to the people of the State of New York and the City of New York.
