• Over 30 years of private practice I have enjoyed a varied experience in both Civil and Criminal law. I have also been The Albany County Public Defender and The Chief Attorney for the Department of Social Services. In addition I have been a Law Professor at Siena and St Rose Colleges. My activity in many charitable organizations (founding member,Albany Ronald McDonald House and Chairman and Founding member of the Children's Hospital Telethon) will serve me well on the Bench. My goal will be to always help both litigants and attorneys who appear before me, always remembering where I came from.
