• I believe a judge must be firm but fair and compassionate. A judge must also have a diverse legal background with a working knowledge of the courtroom. I believe a candidate seeking the bench should have a record of achievement and performance the voters can examine to get a sense of what they can expect once the candidate puts on the robe. I also believe a judge must be faithful to the law and treat and everyone who appears before the court with dignity and respect. Thank you.
