• I am running for Albany City Court Judge to provide Albany Voters with a real choice in who they want to be their next Judge.
• I am the only candidate with over 20 years legal practice experience in all three parts of the City Court-Criminal; Civil; and Traffic.
• I would strive to bring more alternative sentencing to first time offenders but also place a greater emphasis on personal responsibility and consistency in decision-making. I will not make contributions to other candidates or political parties from my judicial campaign fund, and I encourage voters to scrutinize all judicial candidates’ campaign practices.
