• My 31 years of legal experience in both the public and private sectors gives me the ability to handle the wide range of issues that come before the Supreme Court. I am very aware of the problems faced by counsel and clients and strive to minimize delays. I am currently an elected Town Councilman in the Town of Cortlandt and thus am fully aware of the difficult issues facing municipalities. In addition, I am currently a Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army Reserve, with over 21 years of commissioned service, both in the US and overseas.
