• I have been a judge for 15 years, the last 10 years have been in the Supreme Court, where I handle medical malpractice, product liability and civil matters. I was appointed as a mass tort judge to handle all of the OxyContin product liability cases within NY. As an Adjunct Professor, I teach law to Judges, Lawyers, Law & Graduate Students. I serve as a Brigadier General in the NY Guard and was a Military Judge & JAG Officer in the US Army. In my spare time, I assist senior citizens and the mentally retarded.
