• Margaret Chan is a Hong Kong immigrant and NYC public schools graduate. Adopting her parents diligent work ethic, Margaret became a trailblazer in New Yorks tough legal profession. She is among the first Asian American graduates of Touro Law School, the first Chinese American Managing Editor of Law Review, and one of a select few Senior Court Attorneys at the NYS Appellate Division. She now manages her own law practice where she helps immigrants fight for their rights every day. As a judge she will make sure all candidates have a fair and level playing field in her courtroom.
