• I am a Mount Vernon resident, active in the civic, business and political life of the city since 1972. I practiced law in Mount Vernon from 1973 until February 2006 when I became a judge. I previously served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for New York and Mount Vernon, as counsel to the Mount Vernon Urban Renewal Agency and the Mount Vernon Board of Water Supply, and as a Trustee of the Mount Vernon Board of Education. While practicing law, I litigated literally thousands of cases in City Court. I am well qualified to be a City Court Judge.
