Personal Statement |
- Honorable Mary Anne Lehmann, Binghamton City Court Judge, Acting Broome County Court Judge, is the first woman elected in Broome County's history (1996). She served 13 years in the Broome County District Attorney's Office, eight as Senior Assistant in charge of Felony Drug Prosecutions. She was cited by the US DEA/Department of Justice in 1995 for outstanding contributions in Drug Law Enforcement. Her awards include, American Registry of Outstanding Professionals, YWCA's Alice Mills Award, the Crime Victim's Assistance Center Lighthouse Award. Judge Lehmann founded the Domestic Violence Court. Her outline DV Cases/OOP's & Firearms, is part of the statewide Judge's curriculum.
