Motion by respondent, returnable September 15, 2025, for leave to renew and, upon granting such renewal, (1) vacatur of this Court's June 26, 2025 prior order disbarring him (Matter of Chesebro, 239 AD3d 1223 [3d Dept 2025]), and dismissal of the motion by the Attorney Grievance Committee for the Third Judicial Department (hereinafter AGC) for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction (see CPLR 5015 [a] [4]; 2221 [e]), and (2) excision from the Court's June 26, 2025 disbarment order (see Matter of Chesebro, 239 AD3d 1223 [3d Dept 2025]) all factual findings inconsistent with the Court's obligations under the Full Faith and Credit Clause and Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment (see CPLR 2221 [e]).

Upon reading respondent's notice of motion and affirmation dated July 28, 2025, his corrected memorandum of law with exhibits dated July 28, 2025; the affirmation with exhibits of the Deputy Chief Attorney for AGC dated September 8, 2025 and memorandum of law dated September 8, 2025; respondent's corrected reply memorandum of law dated September 12, 2025; respondent's supplemental correspondence with exhibits dated November 21, 2025 and December 19, 2025; and AGC's correspondence dated December 19, 2025, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion is denied in its entirety.
