All Motions shall be made returnable on Wednesdays at 9:30 A.M.

There will be a second call of the motion calendar at 10:00 A.M.

Mandatory appearance is required for all motions related to discovery and which seek interim relief. All other motions may be submitted on papers only, without oral argument. As to motions brought by Order to Show Cause, the movant must submit the affidavits(s) of service on the return date to the Clerk of Part 29 at the call of the motion calendar. Use of a calendar service is permitted to submit papers and to request a consent adjournment, by written stipulation of counsel.

Answering papers will be accepted only on the return date in the Part. The Part does not accept papers by mail or by fax.

For all E-Filed matters, working copies of all motions/responsive papers, including exhibits, memoranda of law, orders to show cause, and ex-parte applications must be submitted to the Part Clerk on the return date at the call of the calendar. Each working copy must include, firmly affixed to the back of the motion papers, a copy of the confirmation notice received from the NYSCEF site upon the electronic filing of such document.

Any attorney appearing on a case for any purpose must be familiar with the case, prepared and authorized to resolve any and all issues.
