The Family Court hears matters involving children and families including adoption, guardianship, foster care approval and review, juvenile delinquency, family violence, child abuse and neglect, and child support, custody, and visitation.

All persons entering the courthouse must go through a magnetometer. Please arrive in time to allow for security screening.

Metered Street Parking (minimal). A Municipal Parking Facility is located on the corner of Archer Avenue and 150th Street.
Interpreter Services
On-site interpreters include Spanish, Bengali, and Korean. All other languages by request for future dates. To learn more about language access in the courts, please visit our webpage.
Lactation Room
The lactation room is on the 1st floor, in the Children's Center.
