The Family Court hears matters involving children and families including adoption, guardianship, foster care approval and review, juvenile delinquency, family violence, child abuse and neglect, and child support, custody, and visitation.

Petitions will be filed beginning at 8:30 a.m.
All persons entering the courthouse must go through a magnetometer. Please arrive in time to allow for security screening.
Staten Island Rapid Transit or any City bus to St. George Terminal.
By car: Take Bay St./Lily Pond Rd. exit off Staten Island Expressway.
At traffic light, turn left, follow to end, then turn left onto Bay St.
At St. George Terminal, turn left onto Richmond Terrace. Go one block; court is on left.
