Overview

The Family Court hears matters involving children and families including adoption, guardianship, foster care approval and review, juvenile delinquency, family violence, child abuse and neglect, and child support, custody, and visitation.

All persons entering the courthouse must go through a magnetometer. Please arrive in time to allow for security screening.

Interpreter Services

On-site interpreters include Spanish, Russian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Haitian-Creole, Arabic, and Bengali. All other languages, including sign language, are available upon request. To learn more about language access in the courts, please visit our webpage.

The lactation room is on the 1st floor, in the Children's Center.
