Overview

The Broome County Family Treatment Court (BCFTC) is a court program designed to help families that have been affected by the misuse of alcohol and drugs through court monitored treatment services. BCFTC promotes the safety of children and families through permanency and works to remove obstacles preventing reunification. BCFTC is a special program designed to help children achieve permanency by having their parents/caregivers receive necessary services to encourage and support their recovery through compassionate treatment so they can safely reunite with their children.
