The Family Court hears matters involving children and families including adoption, guardianship, foster care approval and review, juvenile delinquency, family violence, child abuse and neglect, and child support, custody, and visitation.

Tuesdays and Thursdays. Emergency applications heard daily
Support Magistrate's First Appearance Calendars
Hours of Operation:
Monday and Wednesday.
Intake Window:
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Alternate hours during July & August- 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Parking:
Public parking lot behind the courthouse, Entrance is in the front of the courthouse, Handicap entrance at the back of courthouse upon request.
All visitors must pass through a magnetometer upon entering the courthouse.
