The Appellate Division, Second Department, in recognition of Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, conducted its first Annual Honorable Randall T. Eng Award Program on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, from 12:45-2:15 P.M. The ceremony celebrates the careers of former Presiding Justice Randall T.
