New Paperless Judge Calendar - October 11, 2019
Beginning October 15, 2019, the E-Filing Submissions Calendar will be divided into two separate calendars: 1) an E-Filing Submissions Calendar (EFSUBM); and 2) a new Paperless Judge Calendar (PJ).
The E-Filing Submissions Calendar (EFSUBM) will list only those cases assigned to Justices who require the submission of working copies. All existing procedures for these cases will be unchanged.
The Paperless Judge Calendar (PJ) will list cases assigned to Justices who do not require working copies. No appearance is necessary, and the protocol for adjournments remains the same.
Attorneys are reminded to review and become familiar with the Supreme Court Civil Branch NY County E-Filing protocol located on the court’s website: E-File Protocol
