Need an ADA Accommodation?
To request one:
- use the new online ADA Request for Accommodation form for Civil and Housing Court, Queens County. Note: this Form is not to be used to make blanket requests for remote appearances by phone or video, either in more than one case before the same judge, or in cases before more than one judge. Instead, please use other means to contact the judge or judges whom the cases are pending.
