send an email to the District Executive at [email protected]. Please put "ADA Accommodation Request” in the subject line.

for Commissioner of Jurors send an email to the Juror personnel at [email protected]. Please put "ADA Accommodation Request" and the "Juror Index Number" in the subject line.

Please ask for the accommodation at least a few days before you come to court.
