Pay toll and proceed to the traffic circle.

After entering the circle, take the 1st exit off of the traffic circle following the signs for Ellenville. Proceed on Route 209 to Route 17 West Exit 104 for Monticello.

Visitors to the Sullivan County Government Center in Monticello, NY, will need to enter through the main entrances and pass through a new security screening system.
