Associate Judge Paul G. Feinman hires personal law clerks for one year clerkships, with the possibility of a one year extension. There are currently no term clerkships available for 2018/19 or 2019/20. Applications for 2020/21 term clerkships to begin in August 2020 should be submitted between March 15, 2019 and May 1, 2019. If you previously submitted an application for a 2020/21, please submit a letter of continued interest between March 15, 2019 and May 1, 2019 along with any updated information. Preferred applicants should have a demonstrated interest in legal research and writing, excellent academic credentials, and two to three years of post-law school work experience. Applicants must sit for the New York bar examination prior to beginning the clerkship. Applications must include a current resume, a writing sample (preferably unedited), law school transcript, and at least two letters of reference. Complete applications should be mailed to: Hon.
