This responds to your inquiry (10-199) asking whether it is ethically permissible to accept an invitation to be the honoree at a golf outing and gala for a major celebration of your parish. You may accept the invitation subject to certain limitations (see 22 NYCRR 100.4[C][3][i] and [2]).
