         The Advisory Committee on Judicial Ethics, at its meeting of June 18,1992, considered your Inquiry 92-78, concerning the inadvertent appearance of your name listed as one of the many members of the volunteer ambulance corps on a fundraising mailing. Under the circumstances, you need not send a follow-up letter explaining the error or inadvertence.
