Opinion 97-95

         This is in response to your inquiry (97-95) concerning your possible participation in various activities of the Corinthian Public Health Education Services Inc. While it is not entirely clear from the materials submitted exactly what is being requested of you, it does appear that by participating you will be perceived as being associated with an entity that may well be taking positions involving matters of public and political controversy. It is the advice of the committee that under the circumstances, you decline to engage in such activities.
