Opinion 93-90

         The Advisory Committee on Judicial Ethics at its meeting of September 14, 1993, considered your inquiry (93-90), dated August 20, 1993, but declined to render an opinion in this matter, since the Committee believes that the question is not one of judicial ethics, but rather a contested matter to be decided by the court in its judicial capacity, upon which the Committee cannot provide advice.
