A Certificate of Relief from Disabilities (CRD) is a way to remove Collateral Consequences of a criminal conviction.
You may apply to the State Parole Board (if you are on parole) or the court where you were sentenced for a certificate. See Applying to Court for a Certificate of Relief from Civil Disabilities and use the Application by an Eligible Offender for Certificate of Relief From Disabilities (UCS-DPCA-52) Form.
