Victor M. Wang, Appellant.

—Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (William Wetzel, J.), rendered May 28, 2002, convicting defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of enterprise corruption, and sentencing him to a term of 7½ to 22½ years, unanimously modified, as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, to the extent of reducing the sentence to a term of 5 to 15 years, and otherwise affirmed.

We find the sentence excessive to the extent indicated. Concur—Andrias, J.P., Saxe, Williams, Marlow and Gonzalez, JJ.
